Welcome to Precision Fencing. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our website or services.
Precision Fencing provides fencing installation, repair, and maintenance services for residential and commercial properties. Our services include, but are not limited to:
All quotes provided by Precision Fencing are valid for 30 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, or discontinuance of service.
Payment terms will be specified in your quote or contract. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a deposit may be required before work commences, with the balance due upon completion of the work. We accept payment by bank transfer, cash, or cheque.
If you need to cancel a scheduled service, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. If materials have been ordered specifically for your project, you may be charged for these materials if they cannot be returned or used for other projects.
Precision Fencing provides a warranty on workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of completion. This warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, or acts of nature. Manufacturer warranties on materials will be passed on to the customer where applicable.
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Precision Fencing or its content suppliers and is protected by United Kingdom and international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of Precision Fencing and is protected by United Kingdom and international copyright laws.
In no event shall Precision Fencing, its officers, directors, employees, or agents, be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages whatsoever resulting from any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content, (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to and use of our services, (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information and/or financial information stored therein, (iv) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services, (v) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like, which may be transmitted to or through our services by any third party, and/or (vi) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not the company is advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Precision Fencing, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the services; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any third party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (iv) any claim that your content caused damage to a third party. This defense and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms and your use of the services.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the United Kingdom for the resolution of any disputes.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
